Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your stock.
Included with your request must be the following:
- Customer code and invoice number
- Photos of all broken items
- A brief description of the fault or issue
