Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please contact us via email at info@lofthomendecor.com.au  within 7 days of receiving your stock.

Included with your request must be the following:

  • Customer code and invoice number
  • Photos of all broken items
  • A brief description of the fault or issue

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
